With different slides Megan explained us how to build a constructive feedback on pupils works

She remembered us that two categories of feedback exist

Evaluative feedback ; in form of grades o brief general comments

Descriptive feedback : give more details on the way student could improve their learning

Examples :

-    Your writing has improved a lot : evaluative

- You solved the equation, but you need to include a visual or a written explanation : descriptive

She added that the WWW method could be used or the EBI. Their meanings are : W(what) W(went) W(well) and E(ven) B(etter) I(f). A last method was the strong points and actions points (what you need to improve).
